Question:

Is it ok to dry roast grains, eg quinoa (or other) without rinsing?

— Tamara Adamek

Answer:

Well, if you're gonna dry rose quinoa, you're gonna get quite the bitter thing, Tamara. But, um, you can try it. Uh, I actually didn't rinse my quinoa 'cause it said pre rinsed. I don't know if you can see that it said pre rinsed. Um, that again, that's up to you. If you were immune compromised, I'd say no. If you are a, a healthy, healthy person, I'd say well, don't, if that bothers you, then don't, like, you don't have to do that.
