Question:

Should we include grains in every dish?

— Toni Crawford

Answer:

You need to have about six servings of grains a day. So it's kind of hard to not have them show up in, in your dishes and your snacks. Um, that would be a lot to eat at one meal. Uh, so I would say yes, it would be great. And if you look at the MyPlate, whether it's the healthy plate from Harvard or the MyPlate from the USDA, there's, there is a section for grains. I am new to the WFBP way of eating and come with ingrained ideas of carbs.
