Uh, quinoa and brown rice. They're both really great few. They both have fiber, they both have nutrients and phytonutrients and phenols and flavonoids. So Tony ha have a variety of grains. I'm glad you didn't say white rice. 'cause then I would've said, no, quinoa is better than white rice. But you were smart and you said brown rice. So keep eating your whole grains
