Are you a fan of Pumpkin Spice? If so, what are your favorite uses for it? Oatmeal? Beverage?

Answer:
So I'm somebody who likes cinnamon, I love cloves, I love ginger, I love nutmeg. I love all spice. So of course I love pumpkin spice. Unfortunately, most of the pumpkin spice that we see on the market is, uh, infiltrated with all kinds of preservatives and sugars and other things. So I'm not the person who is at a fancy coffee shop asking for a pumpkin spice latte, but in the morning, if I make coffee here at my house, I will, um, put some pumpkin spice into the coffee basket. And when the coffee filters through, it has a nice, uh, flavor like that. But if we take that question to the other side of town, pumpkin pie is my favorite kind of pie. And yes, you can make a beautiful, delicious plant-based pumpkin pie that will be the most delicious thing in the world. And I'm sure that as we get closer to the holidays, chef Rand will be happy to share her recipe. But thumbs up to Pumpkin spice latte.
